If you've never experienced a therapeutic massage before, you may have
a few questions and concerns.
What do I have to do to prepare for my massage?
Arriving 15 minutes early will allow you the time to relax to the gentle sound of music in one of our comfy chairs. This is also a good time to unwind from your day. Upon completion of your client information form, your therapist will show you to a room where she will explain the massage session to you. This is the time to go over any concerns you may have. The therapist will then leave the room to give you time to prepare and relax under the warm covers. During your massage session feel free to let the therapist know if you are uncomfortable, if the temperature is not comfortable or if you want more or less pressure. It is quite normal for clients to be a little nervous during their first massage.
We are here to make your massage an enjoyable experience.
