Center Policies:
Appointments and Cancellations:
As a courtesy to other clients and technicians, appointments must be
cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the service(s) booked will
be charged. When booking multiple services, we will require a credit card
number.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to appointment. We regret that a
late arrival may not receive an extension of the scheduled service time
resulting in a shortened service. However, the client will be responsible
for the full service fee.
Cell Phones and Pagers:
With respect for all other clients and therapists, please turn off your cell
phone or pager while in the center.
Gift Certificates and Packages:
No Refunds will be given for Gift Certificates or Pre-Paid Packages. Gift
Certificates may not be used to purchase another gift certificate.
Returned Checks:
For a returned check, we charge $35.00 (each time)
Gratuities and Payments:
Gratuities are not expected, however, they are appreciated and at your
discretion. When
possible, please make it a private and separate transaction. We accept cash,
personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover & American Express as payment for
center services.
Returns and refunds:
We strive to provide you with the highest quality of products along with the
services you receive here at Circle Sage Healing and Massage Center. Because
of this, we will gladly provide you with a credit for alternative products
if you return an item within 30 days of purchase provided a receipt is
present with your returned item(s).
Pregnancy:
In many cases, we are able to provide services even during your pregnancy.
If you have concerns, please consult with your health care provider to
provide you with sound advice concerning the service in question. We have
found that if you are concerned about a particular service, then it should
not be performed.
Circle Sage Healing Employees Are Not Responsible for Lost or Misplaced
Items while clients are attending the Center.
